Unlocking the Potential of Coffee
My passion and goal is to help people understand that there's more to coffee than they may know and help them "unlock" the true flavors and experiences of specialty coffee.
↪ Vision
To teach classes on coffee brewing, roasting, and more, and to continue my research and do more in depth mathematical and physical study on coffee processes to further the development of our understanding.
↪ Mission
My passion and goal is to help people understand that there's more to coffee than they may know and help them "unlock" the true flavors and experiences of specialty coffee.
↪ Events
I love sharing delicious and new coffee experiences at in-person, live, local events, and will be teaching and doing workshops locally and online on brewing, roasting, and more.
↪ Background
I have Bachelors degree in Mathematics. For my senior thesis I performed a study in a Numerical modeling of the thermodynamic processes of coffee roasting. I have worked in the coffee field for 6 years from barista to roaster. I started Bean Theory to combine these two fields and my scientific background to optimize the roasting process and produce better coffee.
